AGB’s

I. Registration

Registrations can only be considered in writing by email to info@fabienneinalbon.ch and are binding. Registrations will be confirmed in writing by email and the invoice will also be sent by email.

II. Training fees

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and can be found in the invitation to tender. The 1st deposit is due by 12.15.22, with the balance due by 2.28.23.

III. rebooking conditions

No rebookings are possible.

IV. Cancellation conditions

Cancellations until registration deadline on 31.8.22 are free of charge, after that the following conditions apply:

Cancellations up to 31 days before the start of the trip (21.03.23) will be charged 30% of the total price.
Cancellations 30 – 16 days before the start of the trip will be charged 50% of the total price.
Cancellations 15 – 4 days before the start of the trip will be charged 70% of the total price.
Cancellations 3 to 0 days before the start of the trip will be charged 100% of the total price.

V. Data protection

By participating, participants agree that photos and video footage may be taken during the trip and may be used for any purpose, including advertising (social media), sales promotion and marketing, without limitation in time or geography. The rights of use of the pictures/film sequences belong to the coach Fabienne In-Albon(FI).

If the customer does not agree with this, he has to inform “FI”, this can also still be discussed together on site.

VI Copyright

The participants are informed that the copyright of all publications lies with the coach Fabienne In-Albon and their further use of any kind, in particular duplication or passing on to third parties, requires the written permission of the coach.

VII. price and program change

Prices and programs are subject to change by the coach. In principle, it has the right to cancel the trip without substitution. Participants will be informed of this in good time and any fees already paid will be refunded in full. No further compensation can be claimed.

VIII. Insurance

Among other things, the coach assumes no liability for accident and theft during the trip. Insurance is the responsibility of the participants.

IX. Jurisdiction

This contract is governed by Swiss law. The parties undertake to strive in good faith for an amicable solution in the event of differences of opinion. For disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement, the commercial court of the Canton of Zug/Switzerland shall be the exclusive place of jurisdiction.

X. Final provision

Should individual provisions of the contract with the participant, including these general terms and conditions, be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The wholly or partially invalid provision shall be replaced by an individual provision whose economic success comes as close as possible to that of the invalid provision.
