Fabienne In-Albon Milestones is now online with a new and refined design. The goal of the refresh was to provide a clearer structure for Fabienne’s services, offerings, and insights, giving them the space they deserve.
Competencies Center Stage
A central aspect of the new presence is the stronger focus on services. Whether it is personal development, golf development, team development, moderation, or keynote speeches – all offerings can now be captured at a glance and are clearly distinguished from one another.
The new visual structure allows for quick orientation while simultaneously providing detailed information on all competencies through dedicated subpages. Individually designed badges for each service area create high recognition value and make Fabienne’s offerings instantly memorable.
Clear Structure and the Story Behind It
The content surrounding Fabienne’s Milestone Method has also been redesigned and clearly structured. The core themes of clarity, courage, focus, and resilience are now front and center, highlighting what truly matters in decisive moments – in sports, in business, and in life.
This structure is not a theoretical construct, but the result of personal experience from many years in elite sports and entrepreneurship: making decisions under pressure, seeing setbacks as part of the journey, and the mental strength that determines success or failure. It is from exactly these moments that the Milestone Method was born.

Another central component of the refresh is the clear visibility of workshops and latest news articles. New workshop formats are specifically highlighted and described in a clear, understandable way – focusing on content, target groups, and added value. This makes it easy to see at a glance which topics are currently front and center and which formats are being offered.
The newly structured News section provides space for insights, personal thoughts, announcements, and ongoing developments. It creates a sense of proximity, makes processes transparent, and keeps visitors up to date on new offers, events, and inspiration.
In this way, the website not only stays current but continuously evolves as a vibrant platform for exchange, inspiration, and personal development.
A Refresh, Not a Redesign
The overhaul of the web design was not about a complete makeover, but rather a targeted refresh: Fabienne’s website continues to speak the same visual language, remaining clear, elegant, and recognizable. The brand feels instantly familiar.
Branding elements were simply expanded to structure content such as services, workshops, and news more clearly, place them more prominently, and make them easier for visitors to navigate.
The result is a website that utilizes time-tested elements and strengthens the brand while simultaneously creating space for new content, insights, and offerings—without changing the familiar look and feel!
