The Milestone Process for team development combines methods from elite sports with proven strategies for organisational development. It focuses on clarity, courage, focus and resilience – four skills that are crucial for both individuals and teams. The process operates on three levels: individually (I), in a team context (we) and at an organisational level, resulting in lasting changes in attitude, communication and collaboration. By combining inspiration, practical exercises, stories and emotions from elite sport with shared experiences, the team is empowered to consciously leverage its strengths and tackle challenges constructively.

Objective

The objective of the process is to align teams so that they recognise their potential, minimise friction losses and remain capable of acting even under pressure. Individual team members learn to contribute their own strengths in a targeted manner, while the team as a whole develops trust, transparency and open communication. The organisation benefits from increased motivation, greater commitment and improved cooperation between departments. Team event (resilience)

  • Full-day event with practical sporting activities to strengthen resilience

Optional one-to-one sessions

  • Individual support for individual team members to explore personal issues in greater depth
